I Attended the 2017 seminar on management for meteorological officials from developing countries which was held from 3 - 23 may. hope you are fine.
madam i just want to appreciate you and your team and the people of that great country china for the knowledge you imparted in us during the seminar, the tours, the food and the warm hospitality were just great. though it has taken long to send this the impression created in me will last for ever.
